Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Not medical advice

HealthTrac AI is a personal tracking tool. Its calorie, macro, activity and weight figures are general estimates, not a diagnosis, treatment or prescription, and not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Talk to a professional before making big changes to your eating or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or take medication that affects appetite or weight. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Never ignore professional advice because of something in this app.

1. Agreeing to these terms

HealthTrac AI is published by Vgosh Info (“we”, “us”). By using HealthTrac AI (the website, the installable web app and any app-store version, together "the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app helps you record food, water, activity, weight, mood, routines and photos, and shows totals and trends. It works on your device and does not require an account. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher minimum age that applies to you under the law of your country or the rules of the app store you use, whichever is greater. The app is not intended for anyone under 18. If someone under 18 enters their age, the app does not create automatic calorie or weight-loss targets and shows a notice instead.

4. Your data and your responsibility for backups

Your records and photos are stored only on your device. We cannot access, recover or restore them. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the app, a lost or broken device, or storage being cleaned up by your system can permanently erase them. You are responsible for making backups using the export feature, and for keeping backup files and your device secure. The app lock is a convenience screen lock, not strong encryption.

5. Accuracy

Food values come from a built-in list of rounded, approximate figures and from numbers you enter. Calculations use standard formulas that are averages for adults. Real needs and real food contents vary. Check product labels and use your judgement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app or website to break the law, to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service, or to copy or resell the app or its content without permission.

7. Ownership

The app, its name, design and code belong to Vgosh Info or its licensors. You keep ownership of the information and photos you enter; we claim no rights over them and, because we do not receive them, we do not use them.

8. Paid features

If paid features are offered, purchases are made and managed through the app store you use (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under that store's terms, including its payment and refund rules. We will describe what each paid option includes before you buy.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for decisions you make about your health, diet or exercise based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms. For significant changes we will tell you in the app.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms, but if you are a consumer in another country you keep any mandatory rights you have under your local law, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

13. Contact
